Due to the mountaintop location of our wedding venue, there is no available guest parking at the venue. The shuttle carries a maximum of 14 guests and we will have two running simultaneously.

We ask that our guests stick to the shuttle schedule listed below to ensure everyone is on site by 4:00PM. Thank you!

• 2:40 PM: Creekstone Inn

• 2:50 PM: Sherwood Forest - Cloud Nine

• 2:55 PM: Sherwood Forest - Heaven's Scent (meet shuttle at the end of the driveway)

• 3:20 PM: Parkside Resort - A Suite Mountain Retreat, Parkside Resort - Sundance, Parkside Resort - Bear Necessities

• 3:35 PM: Seasonal Memories

• 3:45 PM: Eagle Vista

Shuttle 2

• 2:30 PM: Grey Hawk Way

• 2:40 PM: Pine Mountain Retreat - Fiddler's Creek Way

• 3:05 PM: Parkside Resort - A Mountain Paradise

• 3:25 PM: Smoky Mountain Zipline Pick-Up 1

• 3:45 PM: Smoky Mountain Zipline Pick-Up 2

If your lodging is not listed here, we either did not receive information from you or your accommodations are not a serviceable shuttle location. If your lodging is not listed here, you will park at Smoky Mountain Ziplines (509 Mill Creek Road) and take the shuttle up at 3:25 PM or 3:45 PM.

The shuttle will return you at the end of the night to your original pick-up location, but will remain onsite and available throughout the evening should you need to depart early.

Additionally, members of the bridal party and immediate family will receive an alternate schedule for earlier arrival.
